My debut into producing videos was when I wrote a script on the film/TV/movie industry, "Unholy Hollywood." The project took six months where I watched an endless series of films, movies and television shows. Believe me, it wasn't a great gig because a good film or movie is rare nowadays.
My production experience includes the following:
- Scriptwriting
- Interviewing researching sources
- Storyboarding the project
- Hiring a contract video production company
- Location scouting (I know what it takes to set up a film shoot.)
- Selecting the final cuts for the project.
I'm a strong believer in getting the best value for the "per-minute" of the project. That means creating something on-time, under-budget that people are going to either watch or listen to. If the project doesn't connect with people, then I consider it a complete waste of time and money.
Here's some of my recent work. To view the video clips, you need the free Windows Media player.
